This retreat has been specifically designed to allow you to fully switch off whilst reigniting your
FIRE. A combination of morning yoga/meditation, daily hikes, HIIT workouts and deliciously organic
food.
This is no 'quick fix'. Be prepared to work hard. You will leave us with the tools you need to ensure
you navigate your next job with the knowledge, the support and the confidence to make sure your
mental and physical wellbeing are taken care of.

We Help You to find your WHY. This retreat has been specifically designed by us who have been where you are. Maybe you're
looking to step up to the next stage or your career; maybe you're looking for the exit plan.
On our WHY retreat we help you set goals, find that self motivation and most importantly
rediscover your confidence in yourself and what you're capable of. You'll need to ask yourself
some tough questions and challenge yourself a little bit. But this is packaged up in a stunning
location with some yummy food to boot. We think that sounds like a fairly good pay off, don't you?
On the WHY retreat you'll find a combination of table top seminars, beautiful hikes, and
some kick ass workouts. Challenge your body and nurture your brain.

Fasted Morning Relaxation
Yoga/Meditation

Group Breakfast
A buffet breakfast based on a high protein, low carb meal plan. All the
information (calories, macros, portion sizes) is there in front of you. It's up to you to make the
right decision and take control of what you're putting in to your body. How will you fuel your day?

Morning Workout
A HIIT workout designed to push you and your booty. Sometimes we'll
take this to the beach just to get real sweaty and messy in the sand.

Protein Shake/snack
This is so important while you're pushing your body. Don't starve
yourself, fuel yourself.

Educational Classes
Depending on the day this could be culinary, nutrition, motivational
or beauty related. Each class provided by experts in their field based on the Island.

Workout/Chillout time
Gauge how you feel; relax by the pool or join a high energy
TABATA workout.
13:30PM
Lunch
A rainbow nutritious buffet lunch comprising of fresh organic produce. But you have
control over your portions, educate yourself on what your body needs. This is how you can
develop those healthy habits going forward.
15:00PM
Hiking/ Paddleboarding/ Coasteering
Depending on the day we take things up a notch again
with a hike to some stunning scenery, a paddleboard around the amazing coves Mallorca has to
offer, or get you to throw yourself off some cliffs (all fully safety assessed and monitored of
course).

Dinner
Enjoy your dinner, you've earned it. At dinner we will do some appreciate exercises
for the effort you've made today and do some goal setting for tomorrow.

After Dinner Entertainment
Fancy a little salsa lesson or perhaps just a netflix? Whatever
you feel like we got you covered to fully switch off and prepare yourself for the next day.

We'll take you through our goal setting course with the help of
some pretty awesome CEOs. From how to scale up your idea, write a business plan, choose your
ideal university course, make the career change or network where it counts, you'll learn it all here
in these daily classes. You'll also have the opportunity to pick up financial tips, saving advice, etc.
On our 5 day course we guarantee you'll be closer to reaching your goals and cementing your exit
plan.
